Georgina Spyres
I studied Ocean Science at the University of Plymouth and got my PhD in "The Biogeochemistry of DOM at the Iberian Ocean Margin" at the Plymouth Marine Laboratory, UK. I am now doing a post-doc looking at the geochemical characterisation and bioavailability of DOM in different aquatic environments at the Institute of Marine & Coastal Sciences, Rutgers University. I am proficient in using HTCO techniques for the measurement of DOC and TDN and I have created and manage a website dedicated to "troubleshooting" for analysts using HTCO instruments
